Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.

Learn how to make your own flower arrangement, followed by a chair yoga class. Workshop includes a flower arrangement class with supplies includes, hosted by Flower Therapy. Followed by a one hour 'Gentle Yoga' class at Better Life with Yoga. Both events located at 351 Main St. Oxford, MA.
April 15 | 2:00 p.m.
Release your muscles from your toes to your head. This 90-minute workshop will use therapy balls for self-massage to hit the points known for aches and pains. Release trigger points, increase range of motion, stand taller, and perform and move better. Included in the price is a set of Yoga Tune Up® balls to bring home and continue the self-care. Some yoga poses will be woven into the workshop, so please bring your yoga mat.

This workshop brings a refreshing perspective on our connection to the world around us. The energies of Yoga, Plants, and the Cosmos have more in common than you think! Celebrate the changing Sun Season with tea, circle, meditation, and Yoga, and go forth with all the vitality of Spring alive within you!

Gentle yoga by candlelight followed by yoga nidra with sound bowls & reiki healing.
April 30th | 5:00 p.m.
Relax and connect to the mind, body, and spirit in a gentle yoga class by candlelight. A guided meditation will bring you into Savasana, and Reiki will be offered for a deeper state of relaxation. It also includes a candle gift to take home.
May 6th | 2:00 p.m.
The workshop will start with a breathing exercise to calm the mind and follow with a gentle yoga class for all levels. Many poses will be offered to help reduce stress and anxiety. It will end with 30 minutes of live singing bowls and other instruments to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
May 21st | 6:00 p.m.
Relax in an extended savasana, letting the sounds of live gongs and singing bowls wash over you. Immersed in vibrations, this is a perfect opportunity to release and refresh energy. Please bring your yoga mat and settle into your favorite savasana or resting posture. The studio has bolsters and blankets. Optional: Feel free to bring your pillow, blanket, eye covering, etc., to enjoy the sound journey in utmost comfort.
