Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.

In this workshop, you will learn and practice skills to help you cope with stress and anxiety. You will develop a personal plan to promote well-being that can be effective, practical, and even enjoyable! This workshop includes a take-home handout. It will end with 45 minutes of gentle flow yoga. Please bring your yoga mat.

Relax in an extended savasana, letting the sounds of live gongs and singing bowls wash over you. Immersed in vibrations, this is a perfect opportunity to release and refresh energy. Please bring your yoga mat and settle into your favorite savasana or resting posture. The studio has bolsters and blankets. Optional: Feel free to bring your pillow, blanket, eye covering, etc., to enjoy the sound journey in utmost comfort.
