Join Amanda for a sound meditation or “sound bath.” Participants are encouraged to rest, meditate, or simply enjoy the soundscape while gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments are played live. Bring your yoga mat and anything to lie down (or sit) comfortably. Optional: Bring your pillow, blanket, etc., for optimal comfort. The studio has bolsters, blankets, and lavender eye pillows. Please arrive early to allow time for settling in. (Chairs are available upon request.)

In this workshop, participants will learn about the powerful female hormonal cycle and ways to support themselves or their partner through mindful movement, breath control, meditation, and eating. We will focus on the luteal and menstrual phases, which are often opportunities to offer ourselves extra nourishment, support, and rest. If you are looking to incorporate this cycle into your daily life or are someone who supports a loved one experiencing this cycle, this workshop will hopefully provide a deeper understanding and, perhaps, a sense of grace as you navigate your own tides.
