This workshop centers on balancing the heart chakra (Anahata) through yoga, Reiki, and sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. You’ll be guided to connect with your inner light and cultivate self-love, creating a sense of peace and balance from within. When love flows freely from the heart, it can be shared with others without feeling depleted. Bring your yoga mat. A warming eye mask will be provided for deep relaxation, along with a rose quartz crystal to take home.

Join Kayla and Ed from Sound Sanctuary—a father-daughter duo—for a 60-minute Sound Bath. Rest, meditate, or simply enjoy the soothing sounds of chimes, singing bowls, and more. Bring a yoga mat and anything you need to lie down or sit comfortably. Optional: pillow and blanket for added comfort. Bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are available at the studio. Please arrive early to settle in. Chairs available upon request.

Expanding from the three successful Stretch Therapy workshops, Moving with Grace and Ease, two special back-to-back workshops are now available. We will focus on two areas that may prevent us from moving with grace and ease: hips and neck/shoulders. In each of the workshops, we will learn a set of safe and effective exercises to address the inhibitors in the specific part of the body, and more!
