This workshop will focus on clearing the Chakra system through a brief yoga practice, Reiki healing, and sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. You will also learn how to create a daily practice to consistently clear your energy for healing and vitality. Lindsey Centrella and Wendi O’Neill, both Reiki Master Practitioners and Yoga Instructors, will guide the session. A take-home handout is included. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Find peace during Thanksgiving week with a gratitude-focused gentle flow and meditation, open to all levels. This class combines gentle movements, calming breathwork, and guided meditation to foster gratitude, leaving you feeling centered and connected. Includes a small gratitude journal and candle to take home. Bring your yoga mat.

The darkness of the new moon is an ideal time to focus energy and set intentions. Join Amanda for a centering sound meditation or "sound bath." Participants may rest, meditate, or enjoy the soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments. Bring a yoga mat and anything needed to lie down or sit comfortably. Optional: bring a pillow and blanket. The studio has bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows. Chairs available upon request. Please arrive early to settle in.
