Join Crystal for a fun-filled yoga class for all levels. We will also briefly learn about some popular essential oils and finish our practice by making three essential oil items to take home. Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep, allows practitioners to journey into a state of deep conscious awareness and relaxation. Come to the mat for gentle stretching before settling into a guided Yoga Nidra practice—a gift of relaxation, rejuvenation, and deepened self-awareness. Wear your comfiest clothing and bring an extra blanket if desired, along with your yoga mat. The studio will provide a bolster, blanket, and eye pillow for added comfort.
