Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep, allows practitioners to journey into a state of deep conscious awareness and relaxation. Come to the mat for gentle stretching before settling into a guided Yoga Nidra practice—a gift of relaxation, rejuvenation, and deepened self-awareness. Wear your comfiest clothing and bring an extra blanket & pillow if desired, along with your yoga mat. The studio will provide a bolster, blanket, and eye pillow for added comfort. Includes a holiday take home candle.
