Join Crystal, for an all-levels yoga class and workshop. This session will explore the benefits of crystals while incorporating mindful movement and breathwork. Participants will receive three crystals—citrine, amethyst, and selenite—to take home, each chosen for its unique healing properties.

Join Wendi for a candlelight yoga workshop open to all. Align your mind, body, and spirit with a rejuvenating yoga class in honor of the Spring Equinox. As spring ushers in deep transformation after winter’s introspection, this practice will focus on renewal and rebirth through asana (yoga postures). Reiki and Tibetan singing bowls will help clear away stagnant energy, allowing you to step into the new season with clarity. Suitable for all levels, the class will conclude with a guided meditation for transformation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

2025 marks the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here, an album exploring absence, loss, change, and industry greed, and honoring Syd Barrett. In this workshop, we’ll privately dedicate our practice to someone we’ve lost. Julie will guide a 45-minute gentle flow with moments for journaling and reflection while listening to the album, followed by restorative yoga. All levels welcome, with modifications provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Journal and pen included.

Bring your yoga mat and anything you need to lie down (or sit) comfortably. Optional: Bring your pillow & blanket for optimal comfort. The studio has bolsters, blankets, & eye pillows. Please arrive early to allow time for settling in. (Chairs are available upon request.)
