It’s used by people all over the world - athletes, coaches, yoga teachers, fitness trainers, and dancers. In this workshop, we’ll learn unique exercises to start your Stretch Therapy journey. Justin Chien, one of the 5 teachers in the world qualified to teach Stretch Therapy workshops for the creators of this system, will be leading this workshop.
Justin Chien is a passionate Stretch Therapy teacher in Boston. He started figure skating late in life, at 26, and was coached by well-known Olympic and World competitors from Russia. He was motivated to find effective training techniques for this crazy sport! It was a game-changer when he discovered Stretch Therapy back in 2002. Since 2004, he has been a yoga teacher and has been using the wisdom of Stretch Therapy in his classes. He believes Stretch Therapy is a fantastic tool for building strength, flexibility, and mobility. “A practice of staying relaxed while under tension” is what he shares in his Stretch Therapy Boston class.
