You'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other instruments, guiding you into relaxation. Sound baths may improve sleep, ease anxiety and tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. Bring a yoga mat and pillow for added comfort. Bolsters and blankets will be provided. Class includes a take-home eye covering.

A 67-minute guided 9D Breathwork experience designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore mental clarity. Through science-based breathing techniques, immersive sound, visualization, and nervous system regulation practices, you'll be guided from tension and overwhelm into a state of calm and balance.
Allow approximately 90 minutes for the full experience, including welcome and intention setting, the guided breathwork and sound journey, and post-session integration and discussion.

Join Kris Collins for a deeply relaxing 75-minute workshop. The experience begins with gentle restorative postures, using a variety of props to fully support the body while receiving Thai massage.
